Mischa Barton embraces beau Gian Marco Flamini during mask-less stroll

The Hills: New Beginnings star Mischa Barton embraced her new boyfriend of three weeks, photographer Gian Marco Flamini, while strolling in Los Angeles on Monday.

The London-born, Manhattan-raised 34-year-old and her 6ft beau opted not to protect themselves or others from the coronavirus by wearing masks.

California Governor Gavin Newsom made masks and face coverings for all public outings on June 18.

Mischa sported a roomy white sweatshirt and blue dark-rinse skinny jeans while Gian wore a white T-shirt, khakis, and red Adidas shoes.

Flamini is Barton’s first public relationship since ending her two-year romance with Australian model James Abercrombie in August 2019. 

In the past, the Spree actress reportedly also romanced the likes of Josh Hartnett, Jamie Dornan, Cisco Adler, and Brandon Davis. 

‘Well, I never go on dates, so that’s really funny. I mean, I guess I go on dates with my boyfriends,’ Mischa told last month.

‘I’m like that person who jumps straight into a relationship. Three words, though. Awkward, cheap, and what’s another good word here? Boring. I’m easily bored. I like to keep things funny and exciting.’

On March 3, reported that Barton was the only Hills castmember not to be asked to return for the second season because ‘producers found her storyline a bit bland, and her personality a little boring.’

‘Well, I’ve been there, done that! I feel like if I was going to [do reality TV] again though, any of the Bravo shows, probably, because they have a completely different formula as MTV,’ the former child star told Nylon. 

‘I love The Real Housewives of New York. Or any of them, really. They’re all kind of funny. But other than that, it would be a docuseries, something like Zac Efron’s new show that he did or something that’s more reality, but not reality, like docu-based.’

Mischa famously played privileged yet troubled girl-next-door Marissa Cooper for four seasons (spanning 2003-2006) on the Fox teen soap The O.C., which inspired Laguna Beach and The Hills.

Caroline D’Amore and Kristin Cavallari will reportedly replace Barton in the MTV reboot formerly famed for fabricating storylines.

Before her reality TV foray, the 5ft9in brunette was known for numerous ‘hot mess’ headlines.

In 2018, Mischa a U-Haul then to pay the bill. In 2017, Barton was for a mental breakdown. And in 2015, she embarked in a legal war with her estranged momager Nuala Quinn-Barton.
